Little Frog in High Def

Ha! At first I thought you meant that your podcast was only twenty seconds long. I said to myself “Wow- this guys knows how to be concise!”

We kinda talked about this when I was still in school, although, my teacher wasn’t talking about “buttering up.” He was talking more about the importance of negative feedback and how to communicate that feedback.

In my opinion, it’s VERY important to say what you like about someone’s work, but you shouldn’t lie for the sake up buttering someone up. Pointing out the things you truly like will keep the editor (or whoever) motivated rather than feeling discouraged and/or incompetent. And in the end it will most likely lead to a better product and a stronger relationship.
