		<description>Last year I had doc that was DVCProHD, both acquired and for the delivery specs. They hired me just for the Color Correct. They were on Avid, I&#039;m on Apple&#039;s Color.

Here&#039;s the nifty part: They captured DVCProHD natively in Avid, Automatic Duck was able to import the timeline into FCP and ALSO unwrap the DVCProHD footage from the Avid wrappers into a Quicktime wrapper (no transcoding). I Color&#039;ed, rendered out as DVCProHD and Automatic Duck re-wrapped to the Avid file format.

My client opened the &#039;Duck&#039;ed&#039; project in Avid - nary a hitch and not a single transcode! It was fantastic.

And now that Avid has ProRes, this workflow really opens up.
