		<description>Great episode!  I have only been a staff editor in my 11 years of professional work.  The last 9 years have been at my curent job as editor/broadcast designer.  I knew free lancing got more per job, but I didn&#039;t know it was that much more.  The job instability seems scary, but I can see how it would be routine after a while.</description>
