		<description>TOTALLY doable in FCP.  Just layer your video(putting the incoming shot on V2), use a 4 point or 8 point garbage matte to limit the area to what you want.  Dissolve that in.  Then put that same shot on V1, making sure that you match the action you have on V2 with that cropped shot, then dissolve from the first shot to the second.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;GOD this is tough to describe via typing.  If I have time I&#039;ll see about posting a video tutorial...not sure what footage I&#039;ll use, or if I&#039;ll have the time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Good luck</description>
